Since the exhaust is already modified thought it MIGHT be too loud with headers. Definitely. It’s already kinda too loud as is. This Flowmaster muffler seems to be very bass heavy, as the droney bass at low rpm is loud and the car seems to get quieter as it approaches redline and picks up that beau...

Small update. Z3 gauge cluster came back from Autotronic, works fully now, except it now reads 960,000 miles. Yes. You read that right. :rage: It’s now back in the UK getting that fixed on their dime. Took some time to make “world’s cleanest million mile Z3” jokes for the couple days we had the work...

If it is just a cracked solder joint, you would just need to heat up the solder enough for it to flow back together. Maybe add a touch more, but then you have to be careful not to overdo it and the solder flows to a place it shouldn't and make another connection. Yeah. I was thinking about it but b...

Went to go look at a :hibachi: today for the brother. We go look at the second candidate for next car at 5pm tomorrow. First one sold before we had a chance to go check it out.

So you can put two jackstands at a time under the front and rear with a center jack point? If I lift on either side on the pinch weld roughly under the mirror or in line with the shifter, I can place jack stands on that side’s “official” lift points at the front and rear of the pinch weld. It amazes me how incredibly easy it is to get this thing up on all 4 jack stands. I love it. The VWs had no solid way to do this as the center of the pinch weld reportedly couldn’t take all the weight, and there were no front or rear center jack points. https://i.postimg.cc/K4NS7Q0x/5-F3-FFCFA-6-C32...

I'd google it/check the Miata forums, some cars use power steering fluid, some tranny fluid, etc. I tend to get the Redline version often times, you can put in the car info on their site and it will tell you what's recommended. That said, when in doubt, OEM is always good. General consensus on foru...
